I was hospitalized last May 2 and got out May 7. The following weekend, I decided to rest from trail and long rides. So, I just did biking either inside our village or at the nearby Neopolitan Business Park for an hour or so.

Sorry to hear Sir Tom about your nasal problem. Natatakot na tuloy akong paycheck tong ilong ko at taenga....sometimes sumasakit din tong ulo ko.
